More detailed pre-cleaning can be done in  3-layer and 4-layer models specially produced with   the difference of Ys Technology. The 3-layer Vibro Sieve Separator cleans two times  coarse product and once dust and broken pieces. The 4-layer Vibro Sieve Separator cleans three times  coarse product and once dust and broken pieces. With these models produced exclusively by Ys Technology, the products are cleaned in detail before continuing with the system and transferred to other machines with much less damage. Thanks to these functions, Ys Technology Vibro Sieve Separators play an important role in increasing the capacity of the system. Ys Technology Vibro Sieve Separators also offer the possibility of grading for suitable products. With the 3-layer machine, 4 different sizes can be obtained. With the 4-layer machine, 5 different sizes can be obtained.
